Evergreen Content

Content should not become outdated easily, it considered as evergreen content.

Followed Links

Links are automatically followed until they have a rel=“no follow” attribute on them in the code. The term “followed” is usually tells search engines to “credit” the links towards the sites they point to so they will help the sites rank higher.
